Originally from Southern Italy, Fusilli were traditionally handmade by skilled artisans, who quickly twisted a strand of spaghetti around a thin rod. Today, Fusilli are one of the most widely known short pasta shapes in the world. They are best enjoyed with Rustichella d’Abruzzo’s Bolognese or Genovese sauce.
