Originating in Emilia-Romagna, egg Garganelli are a pasta shape steeped in tradition and appreciated around the world. Their tubular shape and ridged surface make them versatile in the kitchen: delicious in broth, as in the most traditional recipes, they also pair beautifully with flavourful sauces such as our Olive Sauce.
