Made using the same bronze die as our Paccheroni Rigati, Rustichella d’Abruzzo’s Maniconi have the same diameter but are half the length of a classic Paccherone. Their rough texture and ridged surface make them ideal for holding all kinds of sauces. Pair them with seafood and shellfish for a first course with the flavours and aromas of the Mediterranean. Rustichella d’Abruzzo also recommends enjoying them with its Cacio e Pepe sauce, inspired by a classic Roman trattoria dish, or its Porcini Mushroom sauce.
