A traditional local pasta shape made from 100% Abruzzese durum wheat semolina, bronze-drawn and dried at low temperatures, it is perfect in legume soups, as well as served with beans, crispy pancetta and Rustichella d'Abruzzo INTOSSO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or with scrambled eggs and chicken livers in the traditional “cace e ove” style. It also pairs beautifully with Rustichella d'Abruzzo's Bolognese sauce.
